POSITION: Assistant Principal
LOCATION: Westover High School
The Assistant Principal serves as a key instructional and operational leader dedicated to advancing the mission and vision of the school and district. Under the direction of the Principal, the Assistant Principal supports the development of a safe, inclusive, and academically rigorous learning environment where all students can thrive. This role provides strategic leadership in instructional improvement, student support, staff development, and school operations, while fostering positive relationships among students, staff, families, and the community.
REPORTS TO: Principal
SALARY RANGE: Competitive salary and excellent benefits package, in accordance with the DCSS Compensation Guide.
