Heartfelt Impressions Learning Center in Lake Orion, MI is seeking a passionate and dedicated Assistant Preschool Teacher to make a lasting impact on young learners and their families. In collaboration with the Lead Teacher, the Assistant Teacher has responsibility for the care, supervision, and management of an engaging and developmentally appropriate preschool classroom environment utilizing the High Scope curriculum.

Position Detail:

• Status: Full-time
• Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
• Location: Onsite, Lake Orion, MI
• Pay range: $16-$19/hour (pay rate is based on years of experience in early childhood education plus education)
• Please note: This position does not qualify for US Visa sponsorship or relocation

Requirements

• Must have full-time availability and reliable transportation
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• CPR Certification is required for all teaching positions, but can be completed within 30 days of hire
• Prior experience in early childhood education or as a private nanny (preferred)
• Have a Child Development Associate credential (CDA) or working towards a degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred)
• Ability to pass a Background Check (fingerprinting)
• Must reside in the USA
