Assistant Preschool Teacher Full-Time
Schedule: Full-Time 10am-6:30pm
Pay Range: $18-$20 per hour

Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Afternoon Floater to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in early childhood education and a passion for supporting the growth and development of young learners.

Responsibilities
As a Floater Teacher/ Assiant Teacher, you’ll:

• Support Lead Teachers in implementing The Learning Experience®’s proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum
• Help create a safe, nurturing, and inspiring classroom environment.
• Foster children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning.
• Communicate positively with families and co-teachers.
• Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Step into various age groups (Infants, Toddlers, Preschool) as needed.
• Demonstrate flexibility, teamwork, and enthusiasm every day!

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; coursework or degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) preferred.
• 6+ months of experience working with children in a preschool or childcare setting preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred (training available).
• Must meet all state childcare licensing requirements.
• Passion for helping children learn and grow in a positive environment.

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
