
Assistant Practitioner- Children with Disabilities | 10922 | Permanent Contract | Part-time 18.5 hours per week | £32,061 to £33,699 per annum, pro rata | Grade G | North, East (Norfolk) and Broadland – Based at County Hall, Norwich
We are looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate individual to join our Children with Disabilities Service, supporting children and young people aged 0–18 with substantial and permanent disabilities.
Working alongside Social Workers and Occupational Therapists, you will deliver practical interventions to children and families in home and school settings, helping children overcome barriers and participate more successfully in everyday life.
