You’ll be joining our Holderness Road Practice in Hull HU9 3LP as an Assistant Manager on a permanent full time basis.

• This role will be to support the Manager in day to day management of a busy 10 Surgery practice.
• You will learn every aspect of the role to be able to take over your own Practice.

Your future, your role

As an Assistant Practice Manager, you’ll be supporting the Practice Manager with:

• Driving your practice’s performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets
• Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship
• Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
• Interpreting financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions.
• You will enjoy being part of a team that’s passionate about caring for patients and helping the nation smile.

Skills and Experience -

• Experience in a senior position that required some mentoring or supervisory duties
• Commercial acumen such as Business Development experience
• Retail, Hospitality or Events experience would be ideal
• A drive to learn and develop their career
