• Key Responsibilities
• Lead and execute the resort’s public relations and communications strategy
• Build and maintain relationships with media, KOLs, and industry voices
• Manage media visits and press opportunities
• Oversee content creation across social media and digital platforms
  Write and edit high-quality content in English and Vietnamese
• Capture and produce photo and video content
• Monitor social media engagement and oversee online community
• Monitor PR performance and provide insights
• Collaborate across departments to source content opportunities

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with local and regional PR agencies, serving as the key point of contact; lead monthly status calls, follow up regularly, and monitor all agency activities to ensure alignment with communication objectives and effective execution.

  Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Digital Media, or related field
• Graduates from the Academy of Journalism & Communication are strongly preferred
• Minimum 3 in PR, content, and hospitality industry
• Strong writing skills in English and Vietnamese
• Experience in photography and videography and influencers managements are a strong advantage
  Strong storytelling ability and attention to detail
