The Assistant Plant Manager is a high-impact developmental role designed to prepare a high-potential leader for a future Plant Manager position. This role provides strategic exposure, leadership development, and increasing operational ownership while building deep expertise in the can manufacturing process and cross-functional plant operations.

What Are We Looking For?
Work environment: This position requires full on-site presence at our plant in Ejpovice
Starting salary: 1,350,000 - 1,944,000 gross per year. The final salary will be determined based on the candidate’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as with consideration of internal compensation policies and the current labor market situation.
Bonus program: This position is eligible for Ball’s annual incentive program.
Comprehensive benefits package: Includes a leisure and wellness allowance, pension contribution, loyalty bonus, employee assistance program, massages and physiotherapy, and a transportation allowance.
