- - - POSITION OVERVIEW:
- - - Oversee the daily operations of your assigned work cells. Primary responsibilities will be to train, plan, organize, direct, and complete packaging and production orders.
- - - JOB DUTIES:
- -
- - - - Direct supervisors and crew leaders in assigned areas of greenhouse
- - - - Communicate with receiving department of supplies, and resource needs
- - - - Review production schedules and packaging plan with supervisors, communicate to Plant Manger labor needs for work cell assignments
- - - - Teach train and develop supervisors and hourly personnel.
- - - - Prepare and maintain packaging and production reports in Microsoft Teams
- - - - Ensure the use of work instructions and run rates, use of tracking tools hour by hour boards
- - - - Maintain and promote Safety activities to provide a safe working environment
- - - - Involved in creating SOP’s and work instructions alongside the Continuous Improvement Team
- - - - Responsible for the implementation of SOP’s and training of the staff
- - - - All other duties as assigned

- - - QUALIFICATIONS and Education requirements:
- -
- - - - College Degree or equal Work Experience
- - - - Previous experience in front-line supervision
- - - - 4+ years of management experience in a diverse environment
- - - - Experience with Microsoft office: word, excel, power point
- - - - Ability to work with all levels of employees and management
- - - - Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
- - - - Hands on commitment to getting the job done in a safe manner
- - - - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- - - - Strong organizational and time management skills
- - - - Strong leadership and motivational skills
