Assistant ‐ Plant Lean Enterprise

Based at Nirmaana Katunayaka

The Activewear Value Stream delivers high-performance sportswear and athleisure solutions designed for technical functionality, durability and everyday versatility— serving sports, lifestyle and performance segments. Operating across Sri Lanka, Jordan and Indonesia, and with development centres in Sri Lanka and Canada, Activewear serves a global customer base that includes Nike, lululemon, Patagonia, Ralph Lauren and Gymshark. The Activewear product range offers diverse solutions such as Knit, Fleece, Tees, Woven, Sweaters, Engineered Knit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross functional teams.
• Presentation creation support and preparation
• Following up with SBUs on data and requirement gathering
• Getting involved in and supporting the teams at the UATs
• Taking minutes at the meetings and following up with the stakeholders
• Involvement and assisting in process mapping
• Digital Training material prep based on system gates
• Digital data and documentation filing and 5S
• Need to be able to work on Micro soft Team, e mail, good excel and work document usability

Knowledge and Skills:

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management, Sustainability Management, Business Management, or a related field.

• Proficiency in both English and Sinhala, with strong communication skills in languages.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Package, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
