Job Description

This position plays a key role in managing and maintaining product master data — a vital resource used by all departments across the company. Ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and availability of our data is essential for smooth operations and informed decision-making throughout the organization. In addition, the role provides support in pharmaceutical market research to help identify and evaluate the most profitable sourcing opportunities for strategically important products within the European Union. This includes assessing potential suppliers while considering cost-efficiency and associated risks, in order to secure the best possible procurement options for the company. We would like you to:

• Ensure and update accurate product data in the company database in accordance with current regulations;

• Request price quotes and handling related communication with suppliers;

• Verify and enter the incoming data into the Abacus database;

• Perform related administrative tasks and documentation;

• Participate in required trainings and educational sessions;

• Be responsible for meeting deadlines and quality standards.

What we need you to have:

• At least Bachelor’s degree (any life science filed is an advantage);

• Experience with pharmaceuticals (life science, medical, pharmaceutical, healthcare or related field is an advantage);

• Fluency in English and Hungarian;

• Experience with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel);

• Strong problem-solving skills;

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high level of accuracy;

• Ability to work both in a team and on your own;

• High focus on value creation.
