Salary Range: $6,000.00 - $9,000.00 Base+Commission/month

Our dealership focuses heavily on our work culture and promoting from within. Working as our Assistant Parts Manager, it would be your responsibility to assist in running an efficient parts department and maximizing profits. The ideal candidate would have prior automotive parts experience with a great work history.

Assistant Parts Manager Job Responsibilities
- Provided excellent customer service in sales, promoting related items working with retail and wholesale/commercial customers
- Provided outstanding support and management within parts inventory
- Monitored supply of parts inventory
- Maintained parts inventory, records, ordered parts for technicians work orders, tagged warranty parts, and sold parts to customers
- Negotiate with manufacturers and vendors to process warranty claims and ensure customer satisfaction
- Process warranty claims/billing and act as liaison between vendor and customer for collection and return of cores

- 1+ years of Management Experience
- Leadership skills
- Driver’s License

The Gee Automotive Companies began in 1983 when George Gee opened a Pontiac dealership in Spokane, Washington, which quickly became the largest in the state. In 1991, the company added GMC to its offerings, and in 2000, it relocated to new facilities in Liberty Lake, WA.

In 2003, Ryan Gee became President and CEO, building on his parents' legacy by expanding the company to include Buick, Porsche of Spokane, Kia in Spokane and Coeur d'Alene, and Cadillac in Coeur d'Alene. Ryan focused on cultivating talent within the organization, bringing on skilled managers such as Jeff Jackson, who became president in 2010 while Ryan remained as CEO and Dealer Principal.

Under Ryan's leadership, the company now operates 40 dealerships, including the recent additions of Honda World and Olympia Kia Subaru. Additionally, it manages a parts wholesale business, an automotive retail financing arm, an automotive wholesale operation, an off-site sale company, and two Allstate insurance agencies, employing over 2,500 team members focused on exceptional customer service across the Northwest.
