Job Description

  • Permanent Full-Time
  • Support the day-to-day operations of a welcoming Geraldton community while building genuine relationships with residents
  • Enjoy a varied, hands-on role across administration, resident experience, property and park operations

Are you organised, approachable and someone who enjoys being involved in everything from administration and customer service to helping keep a community running smoothly?

Join Eureka Villages as our Assistant Park Manager in Geraldton (Sunset Beach Holiday Park) and work alongside the Park Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our all-age living community.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in getting things done and genuinely likes working with people.

Why Eureka?

At Eureka Villages, we believe community living is about more than providing accommodation. We create welcoming communities where people feel safe, connected and genuinely at home.

Our onsite teams are central to making that happen.

As Assistant Park Manager, you'll work closely with the Park Manager and become a familiar and trusted presence within the community, supporting residents while helping ensure the park remains organised, compliant, well-presented and running smoothly.

Guided by our values of Putting People First, Embracing the Challenge, Committing and Following Up, Acting with Purpose and Building Belonging, you'll have the opportunity to make a visible contribution every day.

What's the role?

No two days will look exactly the same.

You'll support the Park Manager across the day-to-day operation of the community, combining strong administration and organisation with resident engagement and practical operational support.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting day-to-day park operations and administration, maintaining accurate records, responding to enquiries and ensuring important tasks and follow-ups are completed.
  • Providing a welcoming experience for current and prospective residents, assisting with enquiries, applications, move-ins and general resident support.
  • Supporting occupancy and community engagement, helping promote the park, respond to prospective resident enquiries and contribute to activities that build connection and belonging.
  • Helping coordinate maintenance, contractors and property requirements, ensuring issues are followed through and the park remains safe and presented to a high standard.
  • Working closely with the Park Manager and onsite team, stepping in where required and helping maintain strong operational, safety and compliance standards.

What's in it for you?

At Eureka, we recognise that our people are our greatest asset.

You'll enjoy:

  • Permanent full-time employment based in Geraldton
  • A varied role where you're not sitting behind a desk all day
  • The opportunity to build strong relationships and make a genuine difference within your local community
  • Support from the Park Manager, Regional Manager and Eureka's broader national Support Office teams
  • Opportunities to develop your operational and leadership capability as Eureka continues to grow

What's it like working for Eureka?

One moment you could be helping a prospective resident with an enquiry, and the next you'll be updating records, following up a maintenance request, checking in with a contractor or helping organise something for the community.

You'll be someone residents know they can approach and someone the Park Manager can rely on to follow through.

It's a role that suits someone who notices what needs doing, gets involved and enjoys seeing the immediate impact of their work.

Is this role right for you?

We're looking for someone who is friendly and people-focused while also being highly organised and dependable.

You'll ideally have:

  • Experience in administration, customer service, property, accommodation, hospitality, real estate or another community-focused environment
  • Strong administration and computer skills, with excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Confident communication and relationship-building skills, with a genuine interest in supporting residents and delivering great service
  • A practical and proactive approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities, solve problems and follow things through
  • The flexibility to work collaboratively with the Park Manager and onsite team while also being comfortable working independently when required

Previous experience within residential parks or community living would be highly regarded, but it's not essential. We're equally interested in someone with strong transferable skills and the right attitude who is keen to learn.

Ready to join Eureka?

If you're looking for a hands-on role where you can combine great administration with genuine human connection and become an important part of a local community, we'd love to hear from you.

Apply today and help us create a community where people feel welcomed, connected and truly at home.
