Our synergetic EthosPLUS team is seeking a full-time Assistant Operations Manager (AOM) to assist the Operations Manager in overseeing the work and activities of Field Investigators within their assigned territory. This leader will help communicate company directives and strategy to investigators, provide timely feedback to management regarding investigator morale, successes, and concerns, and also consider client needs.
