Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, with flexibility required to meet business needs.
We are excited to offer a number of fantastic opportunities for Assistant Operations Managers to join our Glasgow Schools Account.
This is a key leadership role supporting the day-to-day delivery of Facilities Management services across a portfolio of schools in Glasgow. Working alongside the Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring high standards of service delivery, customer satisfaction and operational excellence across our education estate.
Leading a workforce of approximately 50 cleaning colleagues, you will help create safe, clean and welcoming environments for students, staff and visitors. This is an excellent opportunity for a people-focused leader who enjoys building high-performing teams, improving service standards and making a real difference within local communities.
