£34,000 per annum

Service charge (up to £2,500 per year)

The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Food & Beverage professional to take on a key leadership role within a busy, multi-outlet hospitality environment.

This position is responsible for the daily operational leadership of the entire Food & Beverage department, ensuring seamless service, strong team engagement, and exceptional guest experiences across all venues.

The successful candidate will:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operation of all F&B outlets, including restaurant, bar and lounge areas

  • Support the consistent delivery of high-quality restaurant service standards

  • Lead, motivate and develop a large, multi-outlet team including supervisors, servers, bartenders and events staff

  • Ensure exceptional guest service across all touchpoints, maintaining high operational standards

  • Work closely with senior management to drive operational efficiency and performance

  • Support revenue growth through strong service delivery, upselling and continuous improvement

  • Maintain control of rotas, staffing levels, service flow and overall guest satisfaction

  • Ensure full compliance with food safety, licensing, and health & safety procedures

  • Collaborate with kitchen, sales and events teams to deliver seamless experiences for both leisure and event guests

About the Candidate

This is a Deputy Head of Department role, acting on behalf of senior leadership when required. The focus will be on the day-to-day running of restaurant, bar and lounge operations, with flexibility to support wider events, weddings and corporate functions.

The ideal candidate will be:

  • An experienced Restaurant Manager or Senior F&B leader within a quality hotel or multi-outlet environment

  • A confident, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced operation

  • Experienced in managing high-volume service

  • Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences

  • Commercially aware with the ability to drive revenue and efficiency

  • A strong communicator, capable of coaching and developing teams

  • Highly organised, with experience managing rotas and multi-outlet service coordinator

  • £34,000 per annum

  • Service charge (up to £2,500 per year)
