About our Business – Unmanned & Integrated Systems

Our Unmanned & Integrated Systems business offers holistic solutions in system engineering and integration. We pioneer maritime robotics and autonomy solutions, provide system integration for complex naval and island air defence System-of-Systems (SoS), and take care of the operation and maintenance of Command, Control, Communications, Computers Intelligence (C4I) systems. We cater to the needs of Defence, Public Safety & Security, and Commercial clients worldwide, providing seamless and innovative services that redefine possibilities.

As an Assistant Operations Centre Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring, managing, and supporting the operational performance of IT and network infrastructure within the operations centre. Your duties include proactively identifying and resolving system faults, coordinating incident response, and maintaining service availability and performance. You will work closely with other technical teams to ensure smooth operations, perform routine maintenance, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential to effectively manage operational challenges and support business objectives.

Be Part of Our Success

  • Perform monitoring, analysis and escalation of real-time operation events.
  • Monitor various alarm alerts, activation of response team and prepare reports upon completion of operation.
  • Perform as MAC first responder for any systems defects
  • Perform inbound and outbound calls/group chat for defects coordination
  • Updating of PM / CM logs
  • Any other duties / jobs assigned by supervisor.

Qualities We Value

  • Knowledge in Infocomm Technology or equivalent
  • Able to work 12-hour shift including weekends or Public Holiday (depending on roster).
  • Open to contract, renewal
  • Singaporean only
