Description:
The Assistant Operations Analyst supports operational efficiency by maintaining accurate data records, monitoring reporting trends, and audit processes. This role requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple reporting tasks on a consistent schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update spreadsheets by organizing, adding, and verifying physician and location data to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Prepare and process weekly bad debt charge-off reports for all clients in accordance with company procedures
  • Monitor report file sizes and account volumes to identify irregularities, flag potential issues, and track emerging trends
  • Review and analyze PCN reports on a monthly basis, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of discrepancies
  • Provide support for client audit activities, including data preparation, documentation, and coordination as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data integrity and operational consistency across reporting processes
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills and Education:

  • High School Diploma
  • Strong proficiency in spreadsheet management (e.g., Excel)
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to manage recurring deadlines (weekly and monthly reporting cycles)
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Prior experience in operations, data analysis, or healthcare administration preferred
