Job Title

Assistant Operation Excellence Manager

The Assistant Operation Excellence Manager is responsible for supporting and executing, under general supervision, improvement projects and initiatives according Leadership team's priorities, delivering tangible impact / results through the use of excellence tools and methodologies. The role supports the implementation of Continuous Improvement / Performance Management structures and mindsets (e.g. Daily Management, Problem Solving) within an organization, enabling and driving operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supports execution of tangible performance and E2E process improvement projects, using excellence tools and methodologies.

• Supports business process standardization and simplification initiatives, using process analysis and optimization techniques to enhance overall efficiency and performance.

• Lead and strategize cross function operating process and drive efficiency.

• 3rd party manpower management, performance management including annual planning and budget management.

• Manage local internal operations, including contract process, government communication and employee engagement follow up.

• Lead cross team synergy project, including project planning, timeline management and cross team communication.

•Manage internal and external event executions, regional/global meeting, media, and customer communication strategy and content.

Lead internal training of process integration, performance culture with compliance, and any internal training that deliver organization efficiency.

Minimum required Education:

Bachelor's Degree / Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration is a plus

Minimum 2 years of working experience in marketing, sales, or operation function.
