In this role, you'll:
Working as part of a supportive team, you’ll help deliver workforce planning, scheduling support, real‑time monitoring, and performance reporting in a high‑volume, multi‑channel contact centre environment.
In this role, you’ll support rosters and planning cycles, monitor workforce data, prepare reports, and share performance insights that help the business make informed decisions. You’ll also provide important analytical and administrative support, with opportunities to build your skills in data analysis, reporting, and operational planning.

About you
Your strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and interest in data, gained through contact centres, operational support, or coordination roles, will help you manage competing priorities and deliver accurate, high‑quality work.
You’re known as proactive, collaborative, and adaptable, with the ability to communicate clearly, work well with others, and solve problems as they arise. You’re comfortable using Excel, data reporting, real‑time monitoring, and workforce planning tools, and you enjoy contributing to a positive, fast‑paced team environment.
