Job Description

Key Accountabilities

• Support daily payment and/or receipt processing and ensure transactions are completed accurately within the required timeframe.
• Prepare and maintain payment supporting documents, including payment instructions, invoices, receipts, tax documents and related records.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and banks on routine payment matters and follow up on outstanding items.
• Support withholding tax certificate, receipt and document administration, including filing and distribution to relevant parties.
• Maintain complete and organized payment records for operational and audit purposes.
• Provide general administrative support to Financial Operations activities and other assigned tasks.

Professional Knowledge & Experiences

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related fields.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Basic knowledge of accounting, finance and/or payment processes.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Good communication, coordination and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to handle documents accurately and meet deadlines.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Additional Desirable Qualification

• Experience in payment operations, accounting, finance or banking operations is an advantage.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.
