Job Description

In this role, you'll:

Support the management of Rail Safety Worker (RSW) competency card issuance, verify training data across multiple systems and maintain accurate learning records to ensure regulatory compliance. You’ll contribute to the administration of accredited programs and support the integrity of workforce capability systems.

You will oversee and verify competency records to uphold safety standards and streamline accreditation processes in a highly regulated, multi-system environment.

About you

You will have knowledge of the 2025 Standards for RTOs (Outcome Standards, Compliance Standards, and Fit and Proper Person Requirements) and will bring strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in administrative tasks and data entry.

You will demonstrate strong prioritisation and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage competing demands effectively, with strong communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders.

Additionally, you will be proficient in using business systems such as Equip and SAP for administrative and record management tasks. You will also bring intermediate level skills across the Microsoft Office suite including, Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint to support effective day to day operations and reporting.
