The Assistant Nurse Manager, Medical Surgical plays a key leadership role in the Leadership Team, overseeing daily clinical and operational functions to ensure seamless patient care across the continuum. This role demands a dynamic leader capable of managing both clinical excellence and operational performance, all while ensuring that patient care remains the top priority with the ability to work 4 ten hour days, rotating day off. You will lead staff, drive clinical practice development, and manage patient care delivery, while being accountable for team performance, quality, safety, compliance, financials, throughput, workflow, and scheduling. Reporting to the Nurse Manager, you will develop, implement, and evaluate systems that promote high-quality, cost-effective, and safe care.
