The Assistant Nurse Manager of the Emergency Department at Loyola University Medical Center is a registered professional nurse, conversant with the nursing process, who has accountability when the nurse manager is not present during the assistant nurse manager's shift. The assistant nurse manager will support that nurse manger in developing long term planning, human and fiscal resources in a designated patient care area. Compliance will all regulatory groups to ensure safe, ethical and quality patient/family centered-care is required. The assistant nurse manager promotes MAGIS behavior with in the organization and patient care area; and supports various health system-sponsored programs. Recognizes, promotes and consistently applies knowledge of 14 Forces of Magnetism.
What's required:
Pay Range-$40.46-$64.74
Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
