Lutheran Hospital’s 2B & 3B Adult Psych Unit is one of two nursing units in the Acute Adult Behavioral Health Center that provides around the clock care for adult and older adult patients with behavioral, emotional and/or psychiatric disorders who require close supervision, ongoing assessment and/or intensive treatment to restore or maintain optimal functioning. As an Assistant Nurse Manager on this unit, you will provide clinical supervision and coordinate unit and area clinical operations in collaboration with other departmental disciplines. You will provide effective and efficient patient care to patients of all ages on assigned shifts or as otherwise designated and assume the responsibilities of the Nurse Manager in their absence.
The Alcohol and Drug Recovery Center (ADRC) provides high quality evaluation and treatment for individuals with alcohol and drug dependency. Our interdisciplinary team of board-certified psychiatrists, licensed registered nurses, and certified counselors specializes in chemical dependency and delivers compassionate, evidence-based care. Guided by a 12-step philosophy and a deep understanding of addiction as a disease, ADRC offers a supportive environment that fosters innovative treatment approaches and serves approximately 7,000 patients each year. As an RN on this team, you will deliver exceptional care, throughout the patient care journey. In this role, you will interact directly with patients and their families, offering the opportunity to enhance their experience and provide healthcare education as needed.

A caregiver in this role works an evening/night rotation from 7:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m. Will cover 4 Behavioral Health units including Adult Psych and Alcohol Drug Rehab Unit.
