Are you an experienced RN who leads naturally, someone who can step into a clinical challenge and lift your whole team in the process? Home of the Innocents is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager to support daily nursing operations in an assigned Neighborhood at the Kosair for Kids Complex Care Center, our pediatric skilled nursing facility. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll supervise and develop direct care staff, provide complex clinical oversight, and partner with the Nurse Manager to drive quality, safety, and a culture of compassionate care for some of Kentucky’s most medically complex children and young adults.
A Day in the Life

From complex clinical procedures to staff coaching to quality initiatives, this role keeps the Neighborhood running at its highest level.
