Scope of work

The Assistant RN Manager position also requires:
Weekend and holiday on-call (rotating)
Quarterly weekend service line rounding
2-3 non-Corewell Health observed holidays (Easter, Mothers Day, Halloween, etc.)
3 weekend shifts during 6 week scheduling period within weekend zone (3pm Friday through 7am Monday)

Qualifications
Effective June 1, 2025, a bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) is Required.
Two+ years of clinical experience Required.
Participation in leadership activities (Unit, hospital or system Shared Governance meetings, Precepting, Charge nurse role) Preferred.
MI Registered Nurse (RN) Required.
AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) Required.
