What's the job
Responsible to assist the Night manager in co-ordinating and overseeing all hotel operations in the absence of the General Manager or designate during nights. The principal responsibility is safety and security of guests and ensuring the accurate and timely completion of the night audit function during the hours of 10:30pm – 7:00am.
What we need from you
Look smart – wear your uniform with pride
Great communication skills between colleagues and with our guests
Confident in Problem handling
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Opera
Problem solving, training and organisational skills
Driver’s licence holder; RSA and First Aid & CPR certified
Minimum 3 years’ leadership experience in either Front Office or Food & Beverage preferably within a hotel/hospitality environment. Experience within both would be an advantage
Qualifications in Hotel Management and/or in Business Administration related field preferred
