Starch Pet Hospital and University West Pet Clinic are seeking a Multi-Site Assistant Hospital Manager to join our fast-paced, collaborative nine-doctor practice
This role is ideal for a motivated leader who enjoys supporting teams, improving operations, and making a meaningful impact across multiple hospital locations—all while working in a fun, empowering, and supportive environment.
The Multi-Site Assistant Hospital Manager is a co-leader and integral member of the hospital management team. In partnership with the Hospital Manager and Managing Veterinarian, this role supports smooth, efficient, and profitable hospital operations while fostering a culture of high-quality patient care and exceptional client service.
This position helps drive day-to-day operations across both locations and assumes managerial responsibility in the Hospital Manager’s absence. The Assistant Manager plays a key role in leadership, planning, people management, client experience, and financial oversight.
