Assistant - Merchandising

(Based at Activewear - Nawala)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Working with Development merchandisers to share customer tech packs with internal stakeholders and to plan sample submissions.

• Creating the internal BOM and checking the accuracy with development merchandisers prior to confirming it for bulk teams to place RM orders

• Detail chart creation and updates

• Maintaining the sample tracking chart

• Sample trim ordering and stock maintenance

• Lab dip system entries and dispatching them to the customer

• Issuing trims to the sample room and providing trim IH commitment to development planning and operational teams

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Graduate / Undergraduate in Business Management or Marketing fields
• 1-2 years’ experience in apparel industry would be an added advantage
• Knowledge in Product Development, styles, raw materials and samples would be an added advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
