Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth execution of all promotional plans, monitoring of promotional budgets and achieve business expectation and goals set by management

  • Manage various marketing initiatives and projects to ensure all promotional activities are executed effectively as planned

  • Draft programmes outlines, terms and conditions and prepare budget of all promotional programmes for Management approval

  • Liaising with vendors and production houses for the preparation and execution of communication collaterals relevant for the specific promotions

  • Prepare all relevant contracts for Management and legal department for DICJ submissionMonitor launching and execution of promotion program with operation teams to ensure all procedures and policies are implemented as planned

  • Co-ordinate all Voucher Requisitions

  • Coordinate internally and externally to ensure all supply, visual and promotional display for promotion and events are well prepared and delivered on time

  • Communicate with operation teams and maintain an on-line update of all current and upcoming promotion program news

  • To maintain accurate records and documentation for performance analysis

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent

  • 3-5 years of experience in loyalty programs, premium club membership management and partnership marketing

  • Proven track record of sourcing and liaising with partnerships that deliver tangible member value

  • Self-starter with project management skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; confident in liaising with external stakeholders

  • Able to speak, read and write Cantonese, Mandarin & English, other languages will be a plus

  • Full conversant with MS Office applications

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
