About the Hiring Company:
The Assistant Manager for Special Projects will be responsible for initiating and executing marketing initiatives aimed at delivering sign-ups and First-Time Deposits (FTDs). This role will focus on developing and managing campaigns through non-traditional channels and innovative acquisition methods.
The Successful Candidate:
At least 3 years of experience in the following fields:
Affiliate Marketing
Partnerships/Sponsorships/Brand Tie-ups
Digital Display Ads
OOH (with QR) Marketing
OTT Marketing
OEM Marketing
Acquisition Marketing
Interested candidates should possess a blend of strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and practical experience across the aforementioned fields.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Initiate & Execute Acquisition Campaigns
Plan, implement, and oversee marketing campaigns targeting sign-ups and FTDs.
Ensuring that CPA and CPFTD are within target parameters.
2. Partnerships/Sponsorships
Foster relationships with partners and sponsors to enhance brand presence and acquisition efforts.
3. Online Display Ads
Seek websites and channels to deploy display ads targeting potential customers.
4. Out-of-Home (OOH) Marketing
Develop and execute trackable OOH campaigns.
5. OTT Marketing
Leverage OTT (Over-The-Top) platforms to develop and execute targeted campaigns for acquisition.
6. OEM Marketing
Develop and implement marketing initiatives for Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) platforms.
7. Acquisition via New Databases
Utilize SMS, Email Marketing, and messaging apps to reach potential customers and boost sign-ups.
8. Monitor, Manage and Report Campaign Performance
Sign-ups and First-Time Deposits (FTDs)
Measure and report on the effectiveness of acquisition strategies.
Campaign Effectiveness
Regular tracking and analysis of marketing campaigns' performance and success.
Cost Efficiency
Ensure efficient use of marketing budgets to drive measurable results.
Additional Skills:
Great Communication and Negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of non-traditional acquisition channels.
Proven ability to execute campaigns with measurable outcomes.
Excellent project management and multitasking skills.
