About Your Company

King Deux is partnering with a multi-family office founded by exit tech entrepreneurs. We are seeking a detail-oriented office administrator to support the founder and operations team.

About your role

• 1. Mastermind Planning & Lead Generation
  
  • Strategic Roadmapping: Plan and execute 360-degree marketing strategy together with campaigns aligned with the academic calendar. You aren't just reacting to the market; you are anticipating it.
  • Mainland Traffic Acquisition (投流): Take full ownership of paid traffic strategies on Mainland Chinese platforms, specifically Xiaohongshu (RED), Douyin, and WeChat. You will manage the logic, budget allocation, and optimization of these "投流" efforts to ensure a steady stream of leads for the leasing team.
  • Full-Funnel Management: Oversee the entire lead journey. From the first creative touchpoint to the final CRM entry, you ensure the transition to the leasing team is seamless and high-converting.
    
  2. Content & Brand Stewardship
  
  • Creative Direction: Direct the production of content that resonates with target clients while maintaining a professional corporate image.
  • Market Analysis: Stay ahead of the curve by analyzing comparables moves and student housing trends.
    
  3. Event Planning and Organizing
  
  • Event Planning: Plan, coordinate, and execute student-facing and community events, open houses, partner activations, and promotional activities from concept to completion.
  • Event Management: Manage event timelines, vendor coordination, venue logistics, guest experience, and post-event follow-up to ensure each event supports brand visibility, lead generation, and community engagement

 What you will need to succeed

• Experience: 3+ years of marketing experience, with a proven track record in performance marketing and lead generation.
• Mainland Digital Expertise: Direct experience with "投流" (Paid Traffic/Ad Placement) on Mainland social media platforms is essential.
• Strategic Mindset: You are a "Mastermind" by nature—you enjoy the planning phase as much as the execution and can manage complex projects independently.
• Professional Versatility: Ability to pivot from a student-focused social media campaign to a high-level investment report with ease.
