About Your Company

They are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing (Partnership) Manager to drive their partnership initiatives. This role will focus on developing and managing relationships with key stakeholders, enhancing brand visibility, and creating mutually beneficial partnerships that align with our goals.

Responsibilities

• Partnership Development: Identify, negotiate, and establish partnerships with brands, organizations, and influencers that align with Gentry Club’s mission.

• Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute partnership strategies to enhance brand awareness and member engagement.

• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Events, Membership, and Communications, to create cohesive marketing campaigns.

• Performance Analysis: Track and analyze partnership performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of initiatives and inform future strategies.

• Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing relationships with partners, ensuring satisfaction and mutual benefit.

• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth in partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, partnership management, or business development.

• Proven track record of successful partnership negotiations and management.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in marketing software and tools.
