Job Role
The Assistant Marketing Manager is a strategic commercial and technical leadership role responsible for driving market expansion, consultant engagement, and business development activities within Indonesia’s HVAC and industrial ventilation sectors. Acting as a bridge between engineering expertise and strategic market positioning, the role focuses heavily on influencing project specifications, strengthening consultant relationships, and expanding the company’s footprint across critical infrastructure industries.
Reporting directly to the regional leadership structure, the successful candidate will lead technical marketing initiatives, manage key consultant relationships, oversee technical proposal quality, and support high-value project negotiations while aligning local strategies with Southeast Asia regional objectives.
