About Your Company

As an Assistant Marketing Manager, you will support the company Marketing Manager in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales for our company’s properties. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create integrated marketing campaigns that elevate the company experience. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on marketing experience in the arts, culture, and retail industry.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the ideation and development of unique event concepts and activations that align with the company brand vision and target customer demographics

• Support the end-to-end event planning process, including budgeting, logistics, vendor/partner management, and on-site execution

• Collaborate with the marketing, partnerships, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and promotion of events

• Monitor and analyze event performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and inform future event planning

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, consumer behaviours, and competitive landscape to contribute to new event opportunities

• Maintain strong relationships with event vendors, artists, media, and other relevant stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field

• 3-4 years of experience in event marketing, experiential marketing, or promotions

• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders

• Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to think creatively

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
