About the job
Based at Mandarin Oriental, Singapore within the Sales & Marketing Department in Singapore, the Assistant Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of integrated marketing initiatives for the hotel with a strong focus on digital marketing and performance marketing, social media and content execution.
To support the Marketing & Communications team in the day-to-day execution of marketing activities, with a focus on digital marketing (website, EDM, e-commerce), social media, OTA and paid media. The role will manage and coordinate content across key digital channels, support online campaigns and promotions, and ensure all platforms are engaging and aligned with the hotel's brand and commercial priorities.
The role will also support brand partnership campaigns, content creation, and hotel initiatives, while tracking campaign and channel performance to identify opportunities for optimisation. Working closely with internal departments, corporate teams and external agencies, the Assistant Marketing Manager will ensure marketing activities are delivered effectively, consistently and on time.
The role will work closely with the rest of the Marketing Communication team lead by Director of Marketing & Communications to implement digital marketing campaigns, optimize online content, monitor performance, and support business objectives. The role requires strong project management skills, analytical capabilities, and a passion for digital marketing trends and creativity.
