Responsibilities:
Drive sales activities, manage shipping and shipment scheduling, and prepare operational reports and presentations
Oversee, calculate, and verify lay-time calculations as well as other claims related to shipments
Review and ensure accuracy of the Statement of Facts (SOF) for each shipment
Coordinate with relevant departments to monitor coal delivery and quality tracking
Support the Head of Department in reviewing logistics processes to optimize delivery efficiency
Demonstrate advanced reporting skills with strong organizational ability and attention to detail
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any field with a minimum GPA of 3.00
At least 2 years of experience as an Assistant Marketing Manager, preferably in the mining industry
Strong knowledge and understanding of the coal mining sector is highly desirable
Proficient in Mandarin and English with strong communication skills
Able to work independently, under pressure, and deliver results effectively
