Job Description

The Assistant Marketing Manager reports directly to the Marketing Manager and is responsible for planning and implementing integrated marketing campaigns to promote the company's services. He/She leads the Content and Creatives team to deliver strategy to execution of campaigns.

What you'll do:

• Market Insighting: Able to identify relevant and useful Market use cases and pain points and weave them into each campaign planning
• Strategic Planning : Has digital and traditional channels oversight to develop integrated marketing campaigns that effectively utilize channels (web, social, traditional), knowing when and how to use these channels to deliver business results
• Campaign Management: Lead the Content and Creatives teams to produce comprehensive and integrated marketing materials that execute the campaign message and objectives
• Message Consistency: Ensure all marketing content - internal and external - follows a unified voice, style guide, and brand persona.
• Performance Tracking: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on the effectiveness of campaigns
•  Stakeholder Coordination: Partner with managers and cross-functional teams to align communication efforts with business objectives. Ensures that all department/unit processes are properly documented and up-to-date

What we seek:

• Communication Skills: Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills are essential.
• Tools & Technology: Has experience in running campaigns in several digital platforms
• Project Management: Proven ability to manage timelines, budgets, and vendors.

What you'll need:

• A relevant degree in Marketing Management, Advertising or Business Management
• Minimum 8 years in Marketing Communications, Campaign Planning or Integrated Marketing roles.
• Minimum 3 years hands on experience of Supervisor or Assistant Manager role
• Experienced managing a team
• Can work onsite in 4F, Tower 2 Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX), 1 Kennedy Road, Brgy. Tambo, Paranaque City
