1. Position Overview

The Assistant Marketing Manager for Personal Health in Hong Kong plays a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, market share, and sales growth for the company’s Personal Health portfolio. The ideal candidate is a proactive and creative marketer with strong analytical skills, deep market insight, and a passion for consumer health products.

1.1 Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy & Planning: Support the development and implementation of integrated marketing strategies and annual plans for the Personal Health product portfolio.
  • Campaign Management: Coordinate and execute ATL (Above-the-Line) and BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and KPIs.
  • Product Launches: Assist with the planning and rollout of new product launches, including market research, go-to-market strategies, and post-launch analysis.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitive activities to identify opportunities and recommend actionable strategies.
  • Digital & Social Media Marketing: Manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media, influencer engagement, content creation, and performance tracking.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional materials, trade marketing programs, and in-store activation plans.
  • Agency & Vendor Management: Liaise with creative, media, and PR agencies to ensure high-quality and timely execution of campaigns and projects.
  • Budget Management: Assist in managing marketing budgets, tracking expenditures, and ensuring cost-effectiveness of activities.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, market data, and ROI for management review.

1.2 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing, preferably within FMCG, healthcare, or consumer goods sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of the Hong Kong market and consumer behavior.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical thinking, project management, and organizational abilities.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
