Join us as a Assistant Marketing & Communications Manager in Hotel Indigo Singapore Katong and Holiday Inn Express Singapore Katong! You’ll have ambition, talent and obviously, some key skills. Because, for this vital role, we’re looking for someone who can:

Develop and execute integrated marketing communications strategies that strengthen brand positioning, drive guest engagement, and supporting commercial objectives across Hotel Indigo Singapore Katong and Holiday Inn Express Singapore Katong. You will be leading key marketing initiatives spanning brand management, public relations, partnerships, social media, and campaign execution while ensuring consistency across all brand touchpoints.

Brand Management

• Develop and execute brand strategies that reinforce the positioning of Hotel Indigo Singapore Katong and Holiday Inn Express Singapore Katong.
• Provide creative direction for marketing campaigns, visual assets, and brand communications.
• Ensure all marketing collateral and communications adhere to brand standards and guidelines.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver high-quality creative output.

Public Relations & Reputation

• Develop and implement media relations strategies to increase brand visibility and positive publicity.
• Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, KOLs, and industry partners.
• Prepare press releases, media kits, and corporate communications.
• Coordinate media stays, interviews, launches, and publicity events.
• Monitor media coverage, online reviews, and brand sentiment, recommending initiatives to strengthen the hotel's reputation.

Partnerships

• Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with brands, tourism organisations, financial institutions, lifestyle brands, and local businesses.
• Conceptualise and execute collaborative campaigns that enhance guest experiences and drive commercial value.
• Manage partnership agreements, sponsorships, and campaign deliverables while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Social Media & Content

• Lead and execute the social media strategy and content management for Hotel Indigo Singapore Katong, Holiday Inn Express Singapore Katong, and the hotel's F&B outlets.
• Develop and manage content calendars aligned with brand storytelling and business objectives.
• Plan and create photography, videography, copywriting, and creative assets across digital platforms.
• Monitor social media performance and community engagement, optimising content to drive reach and engagement.

Campaign Management

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns for the hotel and its food and beverage outlets, including seasonal promotions, festive campaigns, product launches, and dining experiences.
• Coordinate campaign timelines, creative development, media outreach, digital marketing, and promotional activities to ensure successful execution.
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver commercially impactful campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide post-campaign analysis with recommendations for future improvements.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Business, or a related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing communications, digital marketing, public relations, or hospitality marketing.
• Demonstrated experience in brand management, integrated campaign planning and execution, media relations, and social media management.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, social media trends, and integrated marketing communications.
• Prior experience in the Hospitality, Food & Beverage, Lifestyle, or Luxury sector will be an advantage.
