About The Role

The Assistant, Marketing & Communications provides essential administrative and logistical support across DKSH's Marketing and Communications function, enabling the seamless execution of events, branding initiatives, merchandise management, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities. This role contributes directly to the effectiveness of marketing operations by ensuring projects are coordinated efficiently, on time, and within budget.

What You Will Deliver

• Manage order, logistics, receipt and local distribution of all branding materials (e.g. staff newsletters, client newsletters, brand books, corporate wear, corporate gifts, etc.)

What You Bring

• Degree in Mass Communication, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or equivalent
• Open to fresh graduates or candidates with prior experience; administrative, operations, or event coordination background is a plus but not required.
• Demonstrate working knowledge of procurement/administrative processes (PR/PO, invoicing, payment workflows)
• Basic English proficiency (comprehension level), both written and spoken, sufficient to read/understand instructions and communicate simply with regional stakeholders when needed
• Demonstrate basic understanding of social media platforms and content scheduling tools
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial/administrative paperwork
