LOCATIONS:  Hyderabad, India

HOURS: Full-Time

WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites

WORKING HOURS: 14:30 – 22:30 (UK 09:00 – 17:00)

About This Opportunity

An exciting opportunity to join the Commercial team in India and support CIB COO. This role supports the processing of invoices on behalf of the Group for Market Data third‑party suppliers. The role contributes to timely payments to help maintain service continuity and positive vendor relationships, working closely with colleagues across Supplier Management, Controls and Finance functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting engagement with thirdparty suppliers, Chief Controls Office and business stakeholders to help ensure appropriate oversight and compliance activities are in place for the provision of Market Data

  • Undertaking data analysis using the inventory management system to support accurate reflection of users and services, including the use of application and user attestations

  • Preparing and providing data insights to risk owners and control partners to support the identification and remediation of control or oversight gaps within Market Data processes

  • Contributing to the delivery of internal and external governance materials, training and education for Market Data users across LBG

  • Supporting rectification and remediation activity where issues are identified, working alongside the Market Data Analyst team

  • Using vendor portals (e.g. Bloomberg, Refinitiv) to submit priorperiod data usage and escalating material changes in business requirements to appropriate colleagues for investigation

  • Maintaining knowledge ofOneRCSAprinciples and supporting the application of continuous risk management practices within the Market Data team

  • Providing support to colleagues within the team, including knowledge sharing and daytoday collaboration
