Job Description

You will work in the Marketing Data Analytics Team. The primary responsibility of this role is to deliver high-quality business insights and support strategic decision-making through advanced data analytics, AI-driven solutions, and market intelligence. Major responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Your Role

• Analyze large and complex datasets to understand customer behavior, identify growth opportunities, and develop customer acquisition and retention strategies.
• Develop and maintain regular management reports, dashboards, and performance tracking tools to monitor key business metrics.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to evaluate market trends, brand perception, customer satisfaction, and market penetration opportunities.
• Leverage AI and machine learning technologies to enhance customer segmentation, predictive modeling, campaign optimization, and business forecasting.
• Participate in AI-related projects, including data preparation, model validation, implementation support, performance monitoring, and business adoption.
• Perform UAT, data validation, and quality assurance activities to ensure the integrity and accuracy of marketing data marts and analytical platforms.
• Monitor project execution and data governance processes to maintain data quality and compliance standards.
• Support ad hoc analytical studies and business projects as assigned.

To success in this Role

• Degree holder in Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related disciplines.
• Experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Marketing Analytics, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with analytics and visualization tools such as SQL, Python, Qlik Sense, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of AI, machine learning, predictive analytics, generative AI, or data science methodologies is highly desirable.
• Experience participating in AI, machine learning, automation, or advanced analytics projects is preferred.
• Experience in the telecommunications, mobile, IT, digital, or technology industry will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to transform complex data into actionable business insights.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities and a passion for data-driven decision making.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese.
