Job Title: Assistant Manager (Fast Food)

Star Services LLC is a leading human resources and recruitment company based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. We are currently looking for highly motivated and experienced Assistant Managers with a background in Quick Service Restaurants to join our dynamic team.
Job Overview:
As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Restaurant Manager in the overall operations of our fast food restaurant. This includes ensuring high-quality customer service, managing daily operations, and achieving financial targets. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the fast food industry and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations of the fast food restaurant
- Ensure that customers are provided with prompt and friendly service
- Train and supervise team members to ensure high-quality service and product standards are met
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies to increase sales
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, policies, and procedures
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Assist in recruiting, training, and evaluating team members
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Assistant Manager in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) such as KFC, McDonald's, Pizza Hut, Dominos, Wendys, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality or related field preferred
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work in different locations within the UAE
- Must be able to relocate if required
