[What the role is]
Reporting to the Assistant Director, Corporate Communications, the Marketing & Analytics Manager will lead the planning, execution and optimisation of integrated marketing campaigns, while driving data informed decision making across Temasek Polytechnic.
[What you will be working on]
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing & Campaign Management
- Develop and implement integrated marketing and communications strategies aligned with TP's corporate objectives and KPIs.
- Lead end to end campaign planning across paid, owned and earned media.
- Oversee creative development, media planning, production and campaign optimisation.
- Manage campaign budgets, timelines and deliverables.
Marketing Analytics, AI & Insights
- Develop dashboards and executive reports tracking reach, engagement, conversions, share of voice, web traffic, campaign ROI and AI driven performance metrics.
- Analyse campaign, event and audience performance using analytics and AI tools to identify trends, predict outcomes and generate actionable insights.
- Leverage AI powered platforms to automate reporting, uncover audience insights, support forecasting and improve marketing decision making.
- Conduct post campaign reviews and After Action Reviews, incorporating AI assisted analysis to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Benchmark TP's performance against industry best practices and peer institutions, while monitoring emerging AI trends and technologies to enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Evaluate and recommend new AI tools and technologies that improve marketing analytics, content performance, workflow efficiency and audience engagement.
Digital Marketing
- Optimise digital marketing initiatives including social media, websites, SEO, SEM, email marketing and digital advertising.
- Monitor emerging digital trends, platforms and youth engagement behaviours.
Stakeholder & Project Management
- Partner internal stakeholders, schools and departments to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Manage creative, media and research agencies to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Present recommendations and insights to senior management.
[What we are looking for]
Prerequisites
- Relevant qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Business, Data Analytics or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in integrated marketing, digital communications or marketing analytics.
- Knowledge of social listening, audience segmentation and media monitoring.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, media planning, SEO, SEM and social media.
- Experience using Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau or equivalent analytics platforms.
- Excellent analytical, project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong written, presentation and communication skills.
