Job Description

[What the role is]

You will be part of a dynamic team to champion JTC's estate recovery and rejuvenation programme, a key lever in catalysing Singapore’s economic growth.

[What you will be working on]

• You will plan and execute the recovery of land, as well as facilitate the relocation of companies to suitable alternatives while assisting them to explore possible business upgrading and productivity improvement opportunities.

• As part of the job, you will be required to conduct financial assessment and cost-and-benefit analysis, work with industrialists to put limited land and space resources to optimal use and foster close partnerships to address the needs of companies.

• You will further review existing policies, processes and workflows, and formulate new ones to deal with changing ground needs, conduct feasibility studies for redevelopment plans, and tap on relevant analytics tools and platforms to enhance our digitization efforts and productivity.

[What we are looking for]

• Background in Real Estate or its equivalent, with at least 3 years of working experience in the real estate industry.

• Candidate should possess active listening, effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage internal and external stakeholders, as well as strong problem analysis and solving abilities. Keen interest on and prior experience with data analytics tools, e.g. ArcGIS, are preferred.
