Job Description

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist with strong numerical and analytical skills to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for executive and/or non-executive roles. This role will partner with business units to address manpower needs, analyze recruitment metrics, and support process automation initiatives to improve efficiency and user experience.

Responsibilities:

(i) Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for executive and non-executive employees, including sourcing, initial screening, interviews, final selection up to offer stage.
  • Collaborate with business units to understand manpower needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline to address current and future hiring requirements.

(ii) Process Improvement and Data Analysis

  • Drive process automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and elevate the job seeker experience.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare recruitment dashboards and present key insights to management.

(iii) Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Partner with hiring managers to align recruitment activities with organizational goals.
  • Provide market insights and data-driven recommendations to support decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Possess a degree in any discipline with at least 3 years’ of relevant talent acquisition experience.
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a proven ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in data analytics, reporting tools, and recruitment platforms (e.g., ATS, Excel).
  • Demonstrated experience in driving process improvements or automation projects.
  • Good verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
  • A strong relationship builder capable of engaging effectively across diverse groups and stakeholders.
