
Gaube Enterprises, an independently owned Domino’s Pizza franchise, is seeking motivated, dependable, and leadership-driven Assistant Managers to help oversee daily store operations in a fast-paced, high-energy environment This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy leading a team, multitasking, and taking ownership of their shifts, with strong opportunities to grow into General Manager and franchise leadership roles.
Key Responsibilities
Lead store operations during assigned shifts, ensuring excellent customer service and food quality
Supervise team members, assign tasks, and maintain productivity in a fast-paced setting
Manage cash handling, inventory control, and cost management
Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently
Ensure company policies, safety procedures, and cleanliness standards are followed at all times
Assist with food preparation, stocking, and general store operations as needed
Compensation & Perks
Hourly Pay: $18.50 – $24.00 per hour (based on experience and performance)
Tips available when assisting with deliveries (if applicable)

Strong availability for evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays is required
Flexible weekly scheduling provided whenever possible
Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older
Strong leadership, organization, and multitasking skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills
Previous food service or leadership experience preferred (but not required — we train!)
