Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team in Highland, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store and delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Efficiently manage and oversee daily store operations during assigned shifts
  • Lead and motivate team members to maintain high performance standards
  • Handle financial transactions and manage cash flow accurately
  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Assist in training and developing new team members
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and food safety regulations
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Process customer orders via phone and in-person with accuracy and efficiency
  • Collaborate with the management team to implement strategies for improving store performance
  • Assist in inventory management and supply ordering as needed

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced retail or food service environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in basic math and cash handling
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume setting
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business management is a plus
  • Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills
  • Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards
  • Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines consistently
