Job Purpose:

To support the management and enhancement of the Bank’s wealth and investment product proposition by assisting in product lifecycle management, product governance, performance monitoring, MIS reporting, and sales enablement across Wealth Management. The role works closely with product, sales, advisory, compliance, risk, operations, and technology teams to help implement competitive, compliant, and client-focused investment solutions that support revenue growth, portfolio sustainability, and improved client value.

Principal Accountabilities:

Assist in managing the lifecycle of wealth and investment products, including mutual funds, fixed income products, structured notes, alternative investments, FX products, deposits, and other approved investment offerings.

Support the preparation, maintenance, and periodic update of product programmes, policies, Standard Operating Procedures, Key Facts Statements, and related product documentation.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external product providers to support product approvals, launches, reviews, and ongoing product management activities.

Generate and analyse product performance metrics, AUM trends, revenue contribution, client feedback, market data, and sales performance to support continuous improvement and profitability.

Prepare regular MIS reports, dashboards, product performance packs, and business insights for Wealth Management leadership and relevant stakeholders.

Support sales and relationship management teams with product information, training materials, market updates, campaign support, and sales enablement tools.

Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to identify opportunities for enhancing the Bank’s wealth and investment product proposition.

Ensure product activities are conducted in line with suitability, risk profiling, disclosure, documentation, conduct risk, regulatory, and internal governance requirements.

Liaise with technology and relevant business units to improve reporting automation, portfolio monitoring, and product management processes.

Maintain product records, approval documents, review notes, governance trackers, and other relevant documentation in line with internal standards.

Requirements

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Banking, or a related discipline.

Professional qualification or certification in Wealth Management, Investment Advisory, CISI, CFA, CFP, CWM, or equivalent is an advantage.

Minimum 5–7 years of banking or financial services experience, preferably within Wealth Management, Investment Products, Product Management, Investment Advisory, Private Banking, Priority Banking, or related functions.

Good understanding of wealth and investment products, including mutual funds, fixed income, structured products, FX products, alternative investments, deposits, and related banking solutions.

Experience in product support, product governance, MIS reporting, dashboard preparation, product documentation, stakeholder coordination, and sales enablement.

Knowledge of suitability requirements, client risk profiling, KYC, AML, FATCA, CRS, conduct risk, and UAE banking regulatory requirements is preferred.
